By registering for Alpena County Swim Lessons I have been provided the on-line Patron Agreement and agree to follow all policies and procedures. I understand that failure to do so can result in removal from the facility.
Classes for winter are: Session I: Wednesday December 30 - January 27 REGISTRATION CLOSED Session I: Saturday January 2 - January 30 REGISTRATION CLOSED Session II: Wednesday February 3 - March 3 REGISTRATION CLOSED Session II: Saturday February 6 - March 6 REGISTRATION CLOSED Session III: Wednesday March 10 - April 7 REGISTRATION CLOSED Session III: Saturday March 13 - April 10 Session IV: Wednesday April 14 - May 12 Session IV: Saturday April 24 - May 22 Session V: Wednesday May 19 - June 16 Session V: Saturday May 29 - June 26
You may use the form up to one day (one missed class) after the beginning date of class. No make up lessons or attending other classes is allowed

Classes are five weeks long, meeting weekly the price is $45. Non-pass holders pay an annual registration fee of $25.00.
